The Founder
Shadow Work Studio was created by Michele, a symbolic architect and the founder of the Symbolic Identity Method™ - a diagnostic system designed to reveal the deeper architecture beneath a person’s patterns, choices, and becoming.
She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is currently pursuing doctoral research in transpersonal psychology. Her background spans creative arts therapies, somatic facilitation, ritual design, and symbolic analysis.
The Lineage
Michele’s work draws from Jungian shadow theory, mythic structure, and transpersonal inquiry - but it is not defined by any single lineage. Instead, she weaves these threads into a method that is uniquely her own: a way of seeing identity through symbol, story, and pattern.
Her work is for those standing at thresholds, people who sense that something in their life, identity, or inner world is shifting, and who want to meet that shift with clarity, honesty, and sovereignty.
